Can I view news clips on your website?

No. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of news footage we record everyday, we are unable to upload all our footage online. Some news stations post clips from their newscasts online, but you will be unable to download the clip from there.

Is there a flat fee I can pay for all copies of stories that air?

No. Each version of a story that airs we consider a different clip. If, for example, your story runs in multiple newscasts on the same or even on different stations, we charge you once for the initial clip you order and an additional fee for each subsequent recording you request us to make.

What types of DVDs do you use for your recordings?

We record on DVD-R and DVD+R. Not all DVD players or computer drives can read all types of DVDs. Please check your player/drive for compatibility before placing your order. Please note: not all DVDs will play in a computer DVD drive, and so we make no guarantees the DVD will work. For information about DVD formats, please visit this website.

Can I return a DVD?

If there is some uncertainty as to which story you desire, you will be contacted through email or by phone before your order is completed. If we sent you the wrong clip by mistake, we will send you  the correct clip free of charge.

Can I order material the station did not air?
